Enjoy a sausage breakfast sandwich with your morning coffee or a pastry your freshly squeezed juice or blended to order smoothie. Join us at lunch, dinner or happy hour for delicious burgers, fries and a boozy milkshake! Perch on a stool, settle in at a table near the fireplace, or head out on your bike commute after picking up a handmade scone and coffee.

Group Dining / Events

Enjoy the open mezzanine level of Via6 where you and up to 50 guests can experience delicious appetizers or a family-style dinner from any of our three properties (Assembly Hall, Tanaka San or Home Remedy). In between platters of dumplings or hot-off-the-grill sliders, test your skills with five interactive games (billiards, standing shuffleboard, vintage video games, assorted board games and ring swing game) also located on the mezzanine. Chef Bio

Dan Carlone

Chef of Assembly Hall Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Dan was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. He started his 17 years of cooking at his grandma's restaurant, the Manila Kitchen (John Wayne's favorite restaurant!) in Seattle's University District before going to Washington State University for his bachelors in Hospitality Management. After school, he worked in restaurants like Anthony's, Seatown and Etta's. He is both chef of Tom Douglas' Home Remedy and Assembly Hall Breakfast Lunch and Dinner in Seattle's Via6 building. 

Dan has the most experience with seafood and loves using locally made ingredients from the Pacific Northwest. At home, he loves to garden and does most of his shopping at Farmer's Markets.
